1 (10 ounce) can Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies), drained
1 cup sour cream
1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
1 cup frozen corn, thawed (optional)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix. Beat them together until smooth.
Stir in the drained Rotel, sour cream, and thawed corn (if using). Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
