Make this easy, one-pan Caesar chicken for a quick weeknight dinner. The chicken breasts bake in a rich, creamy Caesar sauce and develop a golden Parmesan crust.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for topping
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or nonstick spray.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the Caesar dressing, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper until you have a smooth, creamy sauce.
  4. Spread the Caesar-Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast, coating them completely. Sprinkle a little extra Parmesan cheese over the top layer.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden brown.
  6. For extra browning, you can place the dish under the broiler for the last 2 to 3 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
  7. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • For a crispier top, broil the chicken for the final 2 to 3 minutes of baking time.
  • Serve this juicy baked chicken with buttered noodles, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
  • If your Caesar dressing is thin, consider using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream to help the topping set better.
