Ingredients
Scale
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing
1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for topping
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or nonstick spray.
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the Caesar dressing, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper until you have a smooth, creamy sauce.
Spread the Caesar-Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast, coating them completely. Sprinkle a little extra Parmesan cheese over the top layer.
Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden brown.
For extra browning, you can place the dish under the broiler for the last 2 to 3 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
For a crispier top, broil the chicken for the final 2 to 3 minutes of baking time.
Serve this juicy baked chicken with buttered noodles, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
If your Caesar dressing is thin, consider using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream to help the topping set better.
