  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into uniform 1-inch cubes. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels to help it brown better.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken to the hot skillet in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  3. Cook the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter to the same skillet. Once the butter melts, add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Do not let the garlic burn.
  5. Stir in the salt, pepper, and paprika into the melted butter and garlic mixture.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the sauce to a gentle simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Let the sauce reduce slightly for about 1 minute.
  7. Return the cooked chicken bites to the skillet. Toss them gently to coat completely in the garlic butter sauce.
  8. Remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in the fresh chopped parsley.
  9. Serve your flavorful chicken bites immediately as a quick dinner or crispy chicken bites appetizer.
