Make this incredibly easy, no-bake pumpkin fluff dip in just five minutes. It is a creamy, light fall dessert perfect for parties or a quick sweet treat.
In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, instant vanilla pudding mix, milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until no white streaks remain. Do not overmix.
Cover the bowl and chill the pumpkin fluff in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow it to set.
Serve cold with graham crackers, apple slices, gingersnaps, or pretzels for dipping.
Notes
For a thicker dip, reduce the milk to 1/4 cup.
You can substitute the vanilla pudding with cheesecake pudding mix for a pumpkin cheesecake fluff variation.
To make this a pie filling, use a pre-made graham cracker crust and spread the fluff mixture into it. Chill until firm.
