  • 4 plain bagels, halved
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the 4 bagels in half horizontally. Place the bagel halves cut-side up in the air fryer basket.
  2. Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce evenly over the cut side of each bagel half.
  3. Top the sauce with shredded mozzarella cheese, distributing it evenly.
  4. If using, place 2-3 slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese on each half. Sprinkle lightly with Italian seasoning.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
  6. Air fry the pizza bagels for 6 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted, bubbly, and the bagel edges are slightly crisp. Cooking time varies by air fryer model.
