Make this refreshing Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri using fresh strawberries for the ultimate summer cocktail. It is quick, easy, and perfect for parties or relaxing after a long day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 4 ounces white rum (or adjust to taste)
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup (or sweetener to taste)
  • 1/2 cup water or ice (adjust for desired thickness)
  • Garnish: fresh strawberry slices or lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen strawberries, white rum, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and water or ice into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and has a frosty, icy texture. Stop and scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste the mixture and add more simple syrup if you prefer it sweeter, or more lime juice for more tang. Add more ice or water if the mixture is too thick.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into chilled cocktail glasses.
  5. Garnish each glass with a fresh strawberry slice or a lime wedge before serving immediately.

Notes

  • For a Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri, omit the rum and substitute it with an equal amount of water or white grape juice for volume.
  • To achieve the best texture, use frozen strawberries instead of fresh ones with added ice.
  • If you do not have simple syrup, dissolve 1 ounce of granulated sugar in 1 ounce of hot water and let it cool before using.
