Make this easy, no-bake Oreo fudge using only five simple ingredients. It requires just 5 minutes of prep time and results in creamy, decadent cookies and cream squares perfect for gifting or snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 24 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (about 14.3 ounces) Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal. Lightly grease the paper.
  2. Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the chocolate is completely smooth.
  3. Stir the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract into the melted white chocolate until fully combined.
  4. Fold in the 1 cup of crushed Oreo cookies until they are evenly distributed throughout the fudge mixture.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the reserved crushed Oreos over the top, if using.
  6. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm enough to cut.
  7. Use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge from the pan. Cut into small squares before serving.

Notes

  • For a smoother melt, you can melt the white chocolate and condensed milk in a double boiler instead of the microwave.
  • If you want a peppermint flavor for the holidays, add 1/4 teaspoon of peppermint extract with the vanilla extract.
  • Store the finished fudge in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for up to one week.
